Stefanie Werinos-Sydow graduated from law at the University of Graz (Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz) and also studied and researched at the University of Athens in Greece. Besides this, she completed the courses “accounting for lawyers” (Rechnungswesen für Juristen) at the University of Graz and “Public Health & Social System” at the Summer School Alpbach. During and after her degree, she worked as an assistant at the University of Graz. MMag. Dr. Miriam NehajovaMiriam Nehajova is a partner at WN LAW FIRM and an expert in M&A transactions, joint ventures, business and corporate law and land law. In recent years she has focussed on advising her clients on national and international transactions in the fields of business and commercial law as well as mergers & acquisitions. In doing so she has been able to build up a network of partner law firms, in particular in Central and Eastern European countries as well as in Asia.
Miriam Nehajova graduated in law (Dr.iur.) from the University of Vienna (Universität Wien) and also in law from the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. At university she specialised in commercial and corporate law as well as tax law and accounting. She also spent time studying and researching at the law school of the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands, and completed the course “accounting for lawyers” (Rechnungswesen für Juristen) at the University of Graz. In 2010 she passed her bar exam.
Before founding WN LAW FIRM with Stefanie Werinos-Sydow, Miriam Nehajova worked for many years at the law firm Wolf Theiss Rechtsanwälte GmbH & Co KG and subsequently as an attorney-at-law and partner at the Graz law firm Held Berdnik Astner & Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH, both of them well-known international commercial law firms.
